Wal-Mart Goes to the Supremes

Wal-Mart will be able to have the Supreme Court hear its appeal about the sex-discrimination class-action cases.

Anyone have any shred of doubt as to how this one will turn out?

  2. At least 5-4, maybe 6-3.

The Roberts court protects the powerful from the powerless, the oppressors from the oppressed and the government from its citizens. Look to see who has the power in any case and you'll see who will win it.
