A Terrorist Attack in Europe?

Stratfor is skeptical:



The best reason to be skeptical is that this purported threat is based on a single source, though you'd probably have to go a long way to see that mentioned in the regular press. It sure wasn't here or here or here, but it was mentioned here.

  1. Why do they make announcements like this? I mean, what's the point? Something bad might happen, someday, somewhere, somehow. Well, no shinola Sherlock. Bad things happen all the time. Unless they have some solid information ("actionable intelligence", maybe?), they should just be quiet.
