There is no doubt in my mind that even if Sen. Chambliss fires the asshole who wrote that, the asshole will avail himself of Wingnut Welfare and find an appropriate no-load job at some Confederate think tank.
More likely is that Chambliss will make noises about "finding who is responsible" and take no steps to actually find out. But there will be a strongly-worded interoffice memo to use only personal (home) computers to call for slaying gay folk.
