"Civil Asset Forfeiture", where the cops can just seize your money and your stuff and it is up to you to prove that you were not doing anything wrong.
The difference between civil asset forfeiture and armed robbery seems to depend on whether or not the robber is toting a badge.
That sound of chirping crickets that you hear would have been drowned out by the protests of the teabaggers. If they truly gave a shit about civil rights and the Constitution, that is.
Which we all know they don't.
