Jumping Out of Windows Was So 1929

    The big problem is that modern buildings don't have windows that can be opened, thanks to air conditioning, unlike 1939, where there was no air conditioning so you could open your window and step out on the 30th floor. This is good for public sanitation and public safety, since now people walking down the streets in large cities don't have to dodge falling tycoons. Still, it's rather sad to see such a great symbol of stupidity done away with because of the march of technology...
