The DoD has backtracked on the wide release of its report that Iraq had no pre-war ties to al Qaeda. Apparently it came as quite a shock to someone that there was still significant interest in the point that virtually everything that Vice-President Voldemort had to say about this matter for the last six years has been nothing but a truckload of lies.
Since the spokesman for Joint Forces Command said that they would send the report on CD for "anyone who asks for it," I think I'll scare up an address for JFC and send a letter to CAPT Moynihan and ask for a copy of it.
