The cop who arrested a woman who was swearing when her toilet overflowed lost his case in court. The woman was acquitted.
I gather that there is not much crime going on in West Scranton, PA, when a cop can take the time to arrest a woman for swearing in her own home and the case actually goes in front of a judge. If things are that quiet in West Scranton, then maybe they ought to think about laying off some of the cops.
I would recommend that they consider starting with Officer Fife.
