So by next Spring, American troops will make up 95% of the foreign troops in Iraq. And isn't it funny how, after all these years of Chimpy and his co-conspirators proclaiming that the Iraq War was an "international effort" and how they called them the "Coalition of the Willing", now it's "other nations are playing a limited role"?
They used to count Iceland as one of the Coalition, but Lars went home a little while ago. But hey, Slovenia still has four soldiers there.
