Murder or War Crime. It's One or the Other


And there you have it: A extremely clear violation of the DoD's own Law of War.

So are we a nation that condnes war crimes or a nation that prosecutes them?

And if the latter, then everyone in the chain of command, from the person who pulled the trigger up to Whiskey Pete is well advised to hire a criminal defense lawyer.

    So the Senators and Representatives that reminded members of the services that they can and should disobey illegal orders were not being seditious in their statement? Hmmm. Imagine that.

    Whatever happened to 'the buck stops here'? Hegseth is already throwing the admiral under the boat. Those ranking beneath him will be looking for their own scapegoats. Eventually, the I-was-just-following-orders excuse will run out of patsies. And the I-didn't-give-that-order will also fail.

    But they couldn't pick up the survivors of the unprovoked attack because as any of Trump's minions knows they could have had a lot of James Bond type equipment they were swimming with. Such as full auto shoes or death ray shorts. Because isn't that why the Coast Guard doesn't stop these little boats, because of the danger of them desperately and suicidally fighting back. /S
