America under Trump is an unreliable partner to countries that were once our friends and allies. Which is crazy. GErmany is a rich country. Russia is bordering on being a 3rd world shithole, a country that is an autocratic kleptocracy.
The only possible reason for that is it's in Trump's interest to be buddies with that murderous Russian thief.
