The Supremes have refused to step in.
The stench of corruption, what with Alito's perfect phone call the other day with the Bloated Pusbag, apparently was too much for Roberts to overlook and he likely talked Barrett into going along.
They'll be getting the ususl death threats from the MAGA morons, no doubt.
Well I am surprised. I really thought the supremes would do his bidding.

too far. Now sentenced he is official felon in chief and dubious other
