Bad News for Chicken and Fish
It doesn't mean that you're going to get diabetes, of course. But if you're at risk already, why stack on the odds?

ReplyDeleteActually according to the article everything has risk and only not eating is worse. Besides with fish the problem is not diabetes but mercury poisoning...

IT seems eating has its risks and what you eat needs to be varied.
Its been long known processed foods are problematic. But dang
bacon on a BLT is a critical component!
Eck!
I guess I am an outlier to this study. I have eaten meat my whole life and in quantity. According to my Doc, I don't have diabetes and I'm 70 now. There was a time I wouldn't even think of eating at McDonalds but even that is long gone. Love those BLT's too.

What if I eat a vegetable salad along with my meat will it balance out?
