Kari Lake Admits She Defamed Election Official

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer’s defamation suit against former gubernatorial and current Senate candidate Kari Lake is ending in a default judgment in Richer’s favor and an award of damages to be determined by the court after Lake bowed out of defending the suit Tuesday.

Attorneys for Lake failed to file an answer to Richer’s lawsuit after a motion to dismiss the case failed in the superior and appellate courts. And following a motion for default judgment from Richer, her counsel asked the court to set a hearing to determine facts and damages awarded before entering default judgment in Richer’s favor
.

Lake, of course, is publicly saying no such thing and spewing shit about she needs to concentrate on lying her way to the Senate. But the truth of the matter is that she defamed that guy and she's legally admitted it.

  1. I live in Arizona, and the courts have demonstrated time after time after time that they have zero use for Lake's nonsense. Starting with her failed lawsuit to overturn her losing the race for Governor to Democrat Katie Hobbs (whose veto power has repeatedly saved us from the antics of the Republican controlled state Senate) to every single court suit Lake has since tried to mount.

Now Lake is vigorously trying to become Trump's running mate, kissing -- literally -- kissing up to him. The gorge rises.

    She's a walking punchline.

  2. A Clockwork Orange behavior modification program for all the MAGA crowd; nothing else will reacquaint them with reality and decent human behavior.

  3. Of course, reality is unconstitutional: cruel and unusual punishment.

  4. My brother lives in Arizona. He thinks Kari Lake is a horrible person. He has zero respect for her. I agree. She is a waste of skin and the world would be a better place if she would stop inflicting herself on us. Kari Lake is like a human black hole. Arizona itself is beautiful and I like going there.

  5. She forgot to use her fundy baby voice.

    Bless her hardened heart.

  6. Grey Wolf, yeah, she probably does want to be the TOFF's running mate, but she's up against Kristi Noem, who has had some "work done" and who has won at least one election.

  7. I too live in Arizona, and really wonder how Lake sees a path to win the election. She napalmed the state GOP, those who voted for Sinema will be going for Gallego, and I’m guessing Lamb will attract the MAGA voters. She really does not care about her constituents as her actions have been centered on the ‘stolen governorship’ with the ‘I’m the real victim’ lawsuits she’s lost. The “I have no experience, so give me the job” shtick could have gotten her the tea party vote - twelve years ago. Pretty sure Gallego will win, and she’ll blame Illuminati mind control satellites or maybe Jewish Space Lasers. Possibly both.
