So, Say The TOFF is Right and a President Has Immunity.
So, say the Supremes agree. What, then, would stop Biden from remaking the Supreme Court by having the "conservative" justices shot? The Democrats control the Senate, so they could quickly confirm six replacememnts.
Of course, he wouldn't do that. Democrats are more loyal to the rule of law than are Republicans, so he would be impeached and convicted.
On the other hand, Trump could get away with it, because his party is terrified of his orange awfulness.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
Should be an easy punt by the court. What good is an Orange Jesus if you can't control it?
ReplyDeleteDo Moran, Marshall, Bud, Tillis, Johnson and Collins first, just to make the confirmations go smoothly.

It would be hilarious if the Biden admin filed a Friend of the Court on behalf of Trump. If they decided to hear the case and god forbid he won, one could dream of a new court, new congress, no Trump. For a brief shining moment that does sound nice.
