ReplyDeleteRecall, if you would Cap'n, I was only at a law firm for a couple of years as a computer-guy working his way through his one and only year of law school, so I may not have this right ... but I strikes me the District Court of Appeals just handed the Supremes a ticket out of a pretty pickle: just let the ruling stand and decline to hear further appeal. Nothing improper
