COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
I was taught that if that happens to open the drain cocks on the cylinders to vent some steam and reduce the torque at the wheels and just creep until you get going again. Takes a VERY light (and responsive) hand on the throttle though.
