Cyber Warfare and the Ukrainian War
I am not not terribly concerned. State-sanctioned cyber attacks are an act of war. It would be rational to presume that a cyber attack might be met with a retaliation in meatspace.
Meanwhile, there has been a lot of ink and elecgrons spilled about a "massive Russian convoy eading for Kyiv". I have to wonder if the convoy is a real threat or a Potemkin convoy. The Russians may have been able to beat up a small country with a less-than-effective military. It's another thing, indeed, to invade one of the larger countries in easstern Europe with a population of 44 million people when damn few of them are welcoming the invaders.
These Time Magazine covers are fake, but they tell the truth:
The "America First" crowd is taking the same stance in 2022 that they did in 1939: Not our fight, doesn't affect me, let the Europeans deal with it. It didn't work when they buried their heads in the sand in 1939, it won't now.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
My guess is that convoy is bait to draw out Ukraine's extremely limited air forces to be slaughtered by Russia's (for now) vastly superior.
