These Guys Should Lawyer Up and Plead the Fifth (Like Eric Trump Did)

The House select committee investigating the Capitol attack on Friday issued subpoenas to lead participants in an audacious scheme to send fake Trump slates of electors to Congress.

The development comes as the panel seeks to learn whether the plan was coordinated by the Trump White House.

Forging government is probably some flavor of felony. Which would then lead to the idea that those in TFG's administration who came up with the idea of sending in faked certificates were participating in a conspiracy to commit a felony.

TFG's Chief Nazi should have a top-flight criminal defense lawyer on speed-dial.
