Thanks for Nothing, Israel

The NSO Group, an Israeli company, has been happily selling hacking and spying software to authoritarian governments. Those governments have been targeting reports, editorsand dissidents.

Why am I blaming the Israeli government for this? It's because Israel reportedly classifies NSO Group's hacking tools as weapons which need a license for export. So Israel is complicit in all of this.

Human rights activists. Murdered dissidents. Reporters.

NSO Group claims to be shocked, shocked, that the software they sold to dictatorial and authoritarian governments is being misused. They promise an investigation.

Yeah, well, don't be holding your breath for that. Selling spying software to authoritarian/fascist governments and then being surprised that bad shit happens is about as responsible as handing a loaded Kalashnikov to a chimpanzee.

  1. USS Liberty. Jonathan Pollard. This. The murderous Mossad. Constant land theft. With a 'friend' like this you get lots of enemies, old and new. And no thanks from the dog wagging tail to the US for stripping out our air units to ship scarce brand new F-4 Phantom II jets to Israel in Vietnam wartime 1973. And Israel supports traitor trump bigly as well. Think they hacked for him like Russia did? Are still hacking social media to stir up seditious shit for him?

  2. I did a search, without success, for any official Israeli statements condemning genocide anywhere in the world. If any are to be found, link away. I did find this, however, from

    https://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2019/12/17/israels-genocide-advisers-and-technicians-return-to-latin-america-in-force/

" Fascist-oriented regimes in Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, Paraguay, Guatemala, and Chile, eager to displace indigenous peoples, have invited the Israelis back to their nations to provide advice on depopulating indigenous regions as systematically as Israel has done to the Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem."

Apparently "never again" only applies to their own people. Overall, and across many different countries, cultures, and races, it seems that the lesson learned from being subject to persecution is not that persecution is bad; rather, the lesson is how to persecute more effectively yourself, once the opportunity arises.
