The Department of Justice is expecting to charge at least 100 more people as part of its investigation into the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
I've seen estimates that 800 peolple breached the Capitol during their failed Trumpist self-coup. Not counting those who may not have been physically present but who might be vulnerable to conspircy charges, that would mean that about half of the MAGA insurrectionists will be charged for what they did.
Those who were there and haven't been charged so far would be well-advised to have a criminal-defense lawyer on speeddial.
