Has NASA Learned From Its History?

The James Webb telescope is going through testing.

NASA cheaped out and canceled some testing on the Hubble to save on time and to save a million dollars. It cost over a billion dollars to fix what would have been caught in those tests. But unlike Hubble, the Webb will be too far away for any repair mission.

(If we even had the capability. Which we don't.)

So let's hope that NASA tests everything possible to test this time.
