A Couple of Interesting Coronavirus Maps

This is what the colors mean:

More data here.

Those places where the virus is peaking... they were told this would happen.

The state level in NY is 3.3 daily new cases per 100,000 people. The counties in NYC are right around that, maybe a couple of tenths higher.

Arizona is running 47.3 daily new cases per 100,000 people. Maricopa County is at 55.0. Florida, statewide, is at 33.2; Miami-Date is at 53.5.

This country needs to get its shit together and go in one direction. The fact that Bunker Boy is still engaged in magical thinking is not helping one bit.

In fact, an outside observer might reasonably conclude that Trump is sabotaging the country by doing his best to ensure that the national response to the pandemic is as ineffective as possible.

  1. Looking at the county map, it appears that 90% of the red areas are south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Where many (most) of the governors followed Trumps urging and open with few, if any restrictions. But, hey! No red in Indiana. No green either. Meh, it’s just the flu, right?

  2. If you don’t test, you don’t have any cases,”

    And water is still wet.

While the bunker-traitor makes remarks like that they are
among the least inaccurate if only because they are
meaningless. His wy of slowing the tests is making
them unavailable to uninsured, costly, or difficult
to get. Action by promoting inaction.

Remember "I am not responsible" and ain't that the
truth he abdicated responsibility to make it not
    my fault.

We need to test to know how sick we are as a country.
The real problem is we don't trace, or quarantine and
if that happens its a mostly local thing. Problem with
that is one visitor from an infested state and we're
    chasing the bug again.

The maps do say it all..
Hey Cletus, hold miah beer, I wanna kiss that bat.

  4. I wouldn't promote anything with New York and corona.

Testing? It's data. The accurate and relevant data are deaths.
