Nope, not dead. Kicking back on his private island sipping on a Mai Tai no doubt molesting a little girl while laughing his ass off. Sorry lifelong, dedicated law enforcement, you have my (grudging) respect, but the rules that apply to the rest of us, the rules you have devotedly enforced, do not apply to people like that. There's nothing that outrages an Outlaw more than watching people get away with what we know damned good and well we would not.
