ReplyDeleteB., when you take an existing design and move it clearly toward a copyrighted design, you will lose in a court. This is called copyright infringement, and is prohibited by law. This does not fall under fair use, nor any other provision. It is possible, that with proper coordination they could get permission for use, but that answer would already have been issued in response to the questions.
