Is Trump Threatening to Nuke Afghanistan?

This is not normal:


“I could win that war in a week. I just don’t want to kill 10 million people,” Mr. Trump said, describing what he said were prepared military plans in Afghanistan. “If I wanted to win that war, Afghanistan would be wiped off the face of the earth. It would be gone in 10 days.”
Name another American president who has bragged that he has plans on his desk to wipe an entire country from the face of the Earth; a country, mind you, that is the one that we are fighting for.

That's the talk of a tin-pot demagogue.
