Sorry, CM. I am not clear on what the significance of not listing Kosovo is. Could you enlighten my ignorance?
ReplyDeleteRJ, the Serbs don't recognize the existence of Kosovo as anything other than a Serbian province. Based on some godforsaken pitched battle that the Serbs lost 630 or so years ago, Serbs regard Kosovo as holy territory and theirs by divine right. Or some such bullshit.
ReplyDeleteFor the Times, labeling Kosovo as such would probably cause some heartburn with the Serbs. They may care about such things.
