[Asswipe], of Holts Summit in central Missouri, is currently serving a 90-year prison sentence on three counts of first-degree child molestation in Callaway County. Crider was 32 at the time he sexually abused his victim in December 2014. She was thirteen. The Court had none of that nonsense:
Or was she?
[Asswipe], who is represented by a public defender, appealed his conviction on the grounds that the Callaway County prosecutors failed to prove his victim was younger than fourteen at the time he was accused of abusing her. In his appeal, [Asswipe] argues that, under Missouri law, her age should be calculated from her date of conception, not her date of birth
Age has always been calculated from the date of birth, which, unlike the precise date of conception, can be determined with certainty.Crider v. State of MO, WD80370.
Enjoy the rest of your life in stir, [Asswipe].
They should tattoo "Child Molester" across his back.....
ReplyDeleteNo real need, for the only way that guy's leaving the DOC is in a box.
ReplyDelete14 would be okay?
ReplyDeleteNo, please don't explain it, I know more than enough already.
You asked.
ReplyDeleteThe difference is that the offense is “enhanced” if the victim is under 14. For this particular Asswipe, that was the difference between spending maybe 20 years in prison and spending 90 years in prison. He’s young enough to survive 20 years, if somebody doesn’t shank him.
