I tend to wonder how much those clowns are going to make from bringing their litigation.
Because it'll be too expensive to make California-specific shit, we ar all going to be inundated with labels warning us that not only is hot coffee is hot, but there is some risk of it causing cancer. even though there is, apparently, no studies that show that the chemical the mouth-breathing pants-wetters are complaining about is of any risk.

ReplyDeleteI'm okay with the Prop 65 notices on gas pumps. Putting it on coffee is going to detract from the impact in places it can reduce exposure.
Is there a business in California that DOESN'T have a prop 65 notice on it? I was all for it when the metal scrappers we sold to had to put up notices about the PCBs on site, but we had one at the goddamn natural foods warehouse I worked at, and what's more, in the seven years I worked there I never found out why. My best guess was the propane the older forklifts ran on.
