ReplyDeleteB-727 did two in an uncontrolled descent (TWA 841), rumors of B-737-300 in Brazil, Concorde was reported to have been barrel rolled and an A-300-600 did one due to an uncontrolled thrust reverser issue and recovery. Your mileage may vary.
