Timing is Everything, Dammit-- Gunnie Ed.
I'm thinking, though, of a 3" one as a good all-around CCW/whatnot gun. This looks nice:
I have a cop trade-in Model 10-11 that might work for that:
So do I look around for another 10 as a project gun, or just use that one?

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
I think the question hinges on your mode of carry. For some modes, as you well know, the extra barrel length is not a plus. Now Ayoob always liked a wheel gun, tied into the foot of a pantyhose, in the purse as a nice carry device. However, I feel that you are much more likely to be a more sophisticated carry owner. If it's a carry purse, the barrel length is probably a plus. My $0.02, for free....and worth every penny.
ReplyDeleteI sold my Royal Hong Kong Police Mod. 10 to a relative last year because I seldom shoot anymore (tinnitus), but what a fab trigger pull it had both single and double action-like buttah.
