"So-Called" President Throws Another Hissy Fit

A federal judge's ruling temporarily lifting a ban on travel to the U.S. from certain countries triggered confusion in airports around the world as airlines began boarding flights bound for America and federal lawyers took steps to reinstate the ban. As the impact of the ruling took hold, President Donald Trump lashed out on Twitter early Saturday morning, referring to U.S. District Judge James Robart as "this so-called judge" and calling his decree "ridiculous."
It's becoming clearer and clearer that President* Trump views himself as an authoritarian strongman, for he has nothing but contempt for the rule of law.

  1. Judge James Robart, nominated on 2003 by G.W.Bush...an obvious liberal.

  2. THere was no reason to immediately issue a stay for the ban.

It could (and will be) adjudicated.

The "Immediate" part was activism. Period.

  3. As Molly Ivins said (about Ross Perot):
"Guys who have made a lot of money in business tend to have a very hard time working in a system of checks and balances."

  4. "Judicial activism" = "A ruling I disagree with."

Oh, it'll be adjudicated. And if Trump keeps running his mouth, I'd not bet on the ruling being reversed.
