If you're one of the Covidiots who believe that COVID-19 is "just the flu",
that the 2020 election was stolen, or

An Ad That's Ripe for Re-Using in 2016
All they have to change is the card and the voiceover at the very end.

COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
This is a brilliant ad. There is another one about above ground nuclear testing. A girl with an ice cream cone.
ReplyDelete"We must either love each other or die."
Aw, I don't think Hillary is really gonna First Strike the Soviets.

ReplyDeleteThe link didn't work. Let me try again. This is the ice cream girl. Watch how the narrator juxtaposes radioactivity and wholesome vitamins.

You know there's another story about the 1964 election that's relevant. A guy who gave this terrific quote in an interview round about 1966-68: "I was told that voting for Goldwater would have us in a war. I did, and we were."
ReplyDeleteMy believing Dem friends (most of whom backed Sanders in the primary here) tell me that we still have to vote for HRC, because of the Supreme Court. I understand that, but I think that Clinton is certain to get us into yet another deeply idiotic war. The woman has shown she's a menace, on multiple occasions. Another war is worse than even putrifying shithead zombie Scalia (with whom Clinton could probably reach an "understanding" anyway). So that argument doesn't persuade me.
The Dems could nominate an onion, and my state would vote for him/her/it. Since Sanders isn't likely to get the nomination, it'll be the Greens for me, or maybe a Sanders write-in.
