The airplane is being auctioned off tomorrow.

  1. Turns out it's not even a Widgeon. It's an Italian copy of sorts. Even the engines aren't correct, according to one of the articles about it.

    Somehow seems fitting, that it is best remembered for being used in a tv show about people pretending to be something they're not. Actors all. Plus, it was a bit character, and was only used for a single day.

  2. Yeah, well, in the opening credits to NCIS, one of the people in the car (Capitol in the background) isn't in the show. And never was.
