It is legal for a company or organization to specify that any disputes have to be heard in accordance with the provisions of whatever they happen to believe.
Now, if a company specified that disputes were to be heard in accordance with Sharia law, you can be there would be an outcry heard from coast to coast. But if the Christian Talibanistas or the Scientologists do it, nobody seems to care.
