A friend of the alleged Charleston church shooter pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of lying to investigators and concealing information and his bond was set at $100,000. ... Court documents unsealed Friday said Meek told an FBI agent that he did not know specifics about Dylann Roof’s plan to shoot churchgoers during a Bible study in Charleston, but the FBI says that was a lie.Or, for that matter, any other Fed. COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
And if you have to (because it's required for a license or whatever), say as little as possible. Learned that from a lawyer when filling out the paperwork for an export license. He took my text of what we were exporting and turned it into a 5 word sentence that was so vague that it could have described anything. His point being that if any detail in the long description could be misconstrued we could have legal repercussions for "lying" to the Feds.
ReplyDeleteThings are fucked up, when you can't even tell the truth to the Feds anymore without the possibility of jail.
