GROTON, Connecticut — A grand jury in York County, Maine, indicted former Police Chief Michael Crowley on two felony burglary charges and misdemeanor charges of stalking, criminal trespass and harassment in May.It's interesting that the reporters in Maine didn't know about this. The story had to break from the former chief's old home town and three or so months after he was charged.
