COMMENT MODERATION IS IN EFFECT UFN. This means that if you are an insulting dick, nobody will ever see it.
It's interesting to see that the U.S. and Belize alone use M/D/Y format as standard, even Canada waffles back and forth. The Chinese seem to be fond of Y/M/D and about half the world uses D/M/Y.
