ReplyDeleteOn the fun notes side of Justified, one of the show writers (V.J.Boyd) is a huge fan of Sports Radio 1310 (The Ticket/KTCK) in Dallas and has sprinkled the show with references and Easter eggs from the station. For example, Gordon Keith, Officer Sturn, TC Fleming, Grubbs, Ty Walker and more are all the names of station personnel. More recently, "the anus is on you" is a play off a prank used by the station for several months. Just makes you realize that such probably goes on on most all shows, but unless you're "in the know"...
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a dandy finish. We have enjoyed the series from the very beginning. We will likely enjoy seeing again. They did good!
