Maine suffered defeat in its attempts to restrict the movements of a nurse who returned to the state after working with Ebola patients in west Africa, when a judge reversed an earlier ruling.The nurse, Kaci Hickox, has basically wiped the floor with two GOP governors. Chris Christie caved on quarantining her as soon as she said she was going to sue his fat ass.
