Antonov An-70.



It's not a turboprop aircraft. Those are propfans. NASA has done developmental work on propfans dating back to the 1970s, but those had the blades at the rear.

The An-70 was a Russian-Ukranian project. It might become a casualty of the brouhaha over the Ukrainian coup and the Crimean takeover.
