Uncivilised Storm Trooper. Are they not required to graduate high school and know that doors usually open on the right side??? I grew up in a city and learned that, before Grade School was out.

ReplyDeleteYou realize there is more truth in what you said than many realize. There is a certain percentage on any SWAT or 'Tactical' team because there was no place left for 'em after all the division commanders got tired to their inability to do even simple cop stuff...

w3ski, most doors in commercial buildings open outwards. That's so that in case of a fire, people won't get trapped against doors that open inwards.

Frank, I generally feel that the number of accoutrements for cops (and shooters) has an inverse relationship to competence and smarts.
