When Someone You Know Is Sick, Don't Be a Dick

The way to avoid being a putz when someone you know is seriously ill turns out to be a pretty simple concept.

It's called the Ring Theory of Kvetching.

  3. One additional caution. If someone is gravely ill, or has any other great misfortune, NEVER say ANYTHING that begins with "At least..."
