James Bond is Probably Crying

Walther is making its PPK/s with a zinc frame.

I've always thought that zinc/zamak to be the hallmark of the sort of cheap-ass "throwdown" gun that a cop might carry in his back pocket to justify a bad shooting.

Correction: Only in .22. But still....

  1. Misfit: I screwed up in that I left out the new Walther PPK/S IN .22 LONG RIFLE will have a zinc alloy frame. The centerfire caliber guns will continue to be made with steel frames.

    Sorry about that, trade show fatigue and all that...
