I'm amazed at how well behaved some cats can be. The cat I have now, having been born wild on the streets, would have swallowed that bird the first time the bird got near enough to be chomped.

A feline buddy of mine from years ago, an de-clawed indoor cat (blame my parentals if you need to blame anyone for that), would get loose once in a while and consume, in their entirety, larger birds than that. Still a mystery to me how he even caught them without claws, but there you go...
