Appreciate this greatly as a former perpetual training level (novice) competitor and then judge's scribe. Scribes are natural news anchors. They simply write down the judges remarks, and that is how the horse and rider are judged and scored. It's all about the points or in the case of media, market share and advert $$. Really, I could go on, but see for yourself.
