Well that explains a great deal about New York City. Next Mayor Bloomberg, will be claiming that New York City is it's own State, and maybe he might even claim that it is it's own nation.
ReplyDeleteBoth he and the Police Commissioner need to have their urine tested for drug use and heavy metal contamination. If they test negative then they should have a follow on complete neurological work up, with particular emphasis looking for evidence of TBI, TIA, or Alzheimer
