I have a (relatively) humane punishment for them.
ReplyDeletePoison them with a slow-acting, excruciating and deadly toxin. Then, let them "pay" for small dribbles of the antidote, with pounds of flesh. Hacksaws would be provided.
The exact price per cc wouldn't be clear, at first, nor the necessary dosage. And the syringes would cost extra, and be quite expensive.
This is also done with hospital supplies, equipment and even repair parts for major gear (anything repairable).

Drive them all to the top floor then burn the building. Too extreme? then offer them suicide pills at a 650 percent markup.
