How Much Is a Permit? And Do You Need to Take a Hunter Safety Course?

Headline:
Rebels hunt Gaddafi on Tripoli streets
Or this story:
Libyans hunting Moammar Gadhafi offered a $2 million bounty on the fallen dictator's head and amnesty for anyone who kills or captures him as rebels battled Wednesday to clear the last pockets of resistance from the capital Tripoli.
I'd bet on a Full Mussolini.

  1. No permit from Libya required, No Hunter Safety Course Required. Body Armor HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The bad news is I am sure that if you went and participated in the Great Hunt the Dept of State and or the Dept of Justice might take exception, and will in all probability prosecute you for some infraction of some statue that is not typically enforced.

  2. Rule #1: Don't off anyone from the boss class
    Rule #2: Except if you're a boss
Rule #3: All free-lance offing of boss class by individuals will be considered a rogue act. If you are lucky, you will be prosecuted. Otherwise, you will "disappear".

Justification: Bosses are exquisitely vulnerable to .50 caliber sniper rounds, best not to give the hoi polloi ideas.
