Greenwald makes a good point that it is groups like Anonymous which are doing the investigative work that reporters should be doing. But to be fair, there are a lot less reporters nowadays and their corporate overlords are not going to be too thrilled by those minions who are kicking at the wheels of the applecart. For example, just try to find the WaPo's trenchant exposé on for-profit diploma mills, since Kaplan U. is the WaPo's profit engine.
