So, You Think It's Cold in Atlanta?

It was -46F in International Falls, Minnesota yesterday.

That's why Sears went there for a commercial in the 1970s:



Right now it is a balmy -26F at the International Falls Airport (KINL).

  1. Yeah once it gets to -20F it doesn't really matter. Unless you're trying to start an engine. When it's about -39 it doesn't even matter whether you prefer F or C.

  2. It was 75F here in Santa Clara (CA) yesterday.

    I have no idea why people live in Minneosota, the weather there isn't fit for penguins :).

  3. -13F here when I got up. I waited until Noon, when it had warmed up to 14F, before I went out to get the paper and go grocery shopping.
